OVERVIEW

StrandVeil is operated by Kanova LLC (“StrandVeil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StrandVeil website, online store, products, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is hosted and supported by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have the legal authority necessary to use the Services.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the Services and for activity occurring through your account.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

However, product colors, shades, packaging, appearance, and other visual characteristics may differ slightly from what you see on your device due to screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing variation, and other factors.

Hair-fiber shade appearance may also vary depending on natural hair color, highlights, gray coverage, lighting conditions, hair density, and application technique.

Cosmetic Use

StrandVeil products are cosmetic products intended to temporarily improve the appearance of visible thinning and create the appearance of fuller-looking hair.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or reverse:

  • Hair loss

  • Alopecia

  • Hormonal conditions

  • Medical conditions

  • Diseases or disorders

Individual cosmetic results may vary.

Hair-building fibers require existing hair to which the fibers can adhere and may not be suitable for completely bare areas.

Use products only as directed.

If irritation or another unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice if necessary.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, packaging, specifications, availability, or discontinue a product at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment problems

  • Pricing errors

  • Inventory errors

  • Product availability

  • Incorrect information

  • Unauthorized resale activity

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Eligible purchases are also covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms described in our Refund Policy.

Products purchased through StrandVeil are intended primarily for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices, promotions, discounts, bundles, and offers may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed and accepted by you when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may not include applicable:

  • Taxes

  • Shipping charges

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

You agree to provide valid and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

StrandVeil currently offers Free Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout or as part of a specific promotion.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • High shipping volume

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Transportation disruptions

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@strandveil.com.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

If an order is damaged, incorrect, significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, contact us so that we can investigate.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND GUARANTEE

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Please do not send products to any address without first contacting us and receiving instructions.

A physical product return may not be required in every case.

If a return is required, our support team will provide the appropriate instructions.

Our business correspondence address is not automatically a product-return address.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through the Services, including trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, text, photographs, graphics, illustrations, videos, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to StrandVeil or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

“StrandVeil,” our logos, product names, designs, and related branding may not be used without authorization.

SECTION 8 — REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND USER CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, comments, suggestions, or other content to us (“Feedback”), you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and publish that Feedback for purposes including operating, improving, and marketing StrandVeil.

We may remove content that we reasonably determine is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, social networks, shipping providers, analytics services, or other services.

We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their independent practices, content, availability, security, or policies.

Your interaction with a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

StrandVeil is powered by Shopify.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and StrandVeil.

Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure and related services but does not become the seller of StrandVeil products solely by hosting our store.

Certain personal information may be independently processed by Shopify as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s own privacy policies.

SECTION 11 — PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by StrandVeil, Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment providers, advertising partners, analytics providers, and other service providers as described in that policy.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Information on our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, technical errors, inaccurate pricing, availability errors, or omissions.

We may correct errors and update information when reasonably necessary.

If an error materially affects an order you placed, we may contact you regarding the issue and, where appropriate, cancel or refund the affected order.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • To violate applicable laws or regulations

  • To infringe intellectual property rights

  • To distribute malware or malicious code

  • To interfere with the security or operation of the Services

  • To impersonate another person or entity

  • To submit knowingly false information

  • To harass or harm others

  • To scrape, reproduce, exploit, or commercially copy substantial portions of our Services without authorization

  • To engage in fraudulent payment, chargeback, or refund activity

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems, rights, or legal obligations.

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and privacy.

SECTION 15 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available.

We also do not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same cosmetic result from a StrandVeil product.

Hair appearance varies according to factors including existing density, hair type, shade selection, application technique, lighting, and styling.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any statutory warranty, guarantee, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kanova LLC, StrandVeil, and our respective affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kanova LLC, StrandVeil, and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

SECTION 19 — NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

SECTION 20 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services.

SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or other legitimate business transaction.

SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts having lawful jurisdiction over Kanova LLC, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide you with rights in another jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

Kanova LLC was organized as a Wyoming limited liability company on August 8, 2025.

SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or business changes.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
